Lymington Foundation has
created a community network known as ClubLymo to reduce pressure on local groups to go through the expense of creating the
community infrastructure our area needs to improve.
By infrastructure we are talking about the resources our community groups must create and maintain in order to survive.
Having the basics needed to operate, including decent facilities, reliable management and sufficient resources. The community infrastructure that is available through ClubLymo helps local groups, clubs, centres, societies and organistions move beyond 'crisis management' issues such as retaining membership, financal insecurity or ageing facilities, and to start to prosper as a sustainable service provider.
ClubLymo provides greater access to community support
This means creating more community cooperation between your group, other groups and friends networks within the Lymington area. By helping to support and build stronger community groups in the Lymington area ClubLymo is increasing participation in broader community projects and collective engagement in tackling local issues.
ClubLymo is proving local and professional management advice to help address your group's needed. We can help with facility improvement, legal assistance, cost sharing and professional services.
The next step is for you or your group manager / leader to find out about Lymington Foundation. Have a look at the support that we offer and contact us to get your group more involved in Lymington community.
